GANNOE CONCRETE DESIGN

Relationship started off good with him helping his father (Gannoe Pool) level the pool he installed, he corrected it from 4" out of level to 2". Then he laid the cap form that followed contour of the pool ~ 16" away from tile and it varied up to 4" within a couple feet(something that an inexperienced eye would detect). I asked if he would adjust form so that it was closer to the actual contour of the pool. He said no and I got the sense he was offended??? He went on to say that the level of quality I was expecting was ridiculous and he was not going to adjust form but remove them. Gives a new meaning to customer satisfaction. I was hesitant from the start of the pool install to have Jeff pour cap and do stamped concrete because I saw his other jobs and I was not impressed. I saw Mancini pool decks(oxford) and there is no comparison in quality. I glad not to have any decking done this year because there are sink holes around pool that would certainly compromise base of decking. More detail [email protected] Good luck

Mr. Gannoe had performed work for several neighbors. He met with us several times to make certain he understood our wants and needs. We scheduled the job at a time convenient for us (though he could have started earlier), and he arrived on the day promised. He did the work himself (with one other employee), and cleaned up afterward. We are very happy with the completed project.
