Michael DeBenedet Remodeling

Michael was excellent during the whole process. He provided the lowest bid and wanted to do the work with a permit, which not all of the bidders wanted to do. He would meet us on weekends and evenings to discuss the design and show us samples of the decking. The design was unique because the deck was built to fit the shape of an above-ground pool that we had removed, and he came up with a nice terraced design. He stuck with us when the permitting hit a snag and then built the stairs within a few days when the permit was approved. After the inspectors found a few new things that they had not originally notified him about when they approved his design, he came out right away to fix them and even took photos to the inspectors to avoid our having to pay for another inspection. From bid to completion, this project took a few months because of permit issues (though Michael's actual building of the stairs only took a few days), and we really appreciated that Michael stuck with us. He was very responsive via phone and text and even helped install a patio sliding door for us while he was there, at no charge. I would highly recommend him!

EXCELLENT WORK!!!!!  Very courteous, professional, communication regarding arrival time, work being done is outstanding. Always right on time. Very neat and clean- would never know there had been work done on property. Crew is also excellent. Pleasure to do business with- would highly recommend.
