"George, we have been in touch via email 51 times over the past two years and the last one is below for proof. Regarding your seeding, there is no guarantee to speak of, new lawns need watering which is a two-way relationship. I cannot guarantee that you watered. However, we still offered you fall touchups even after you canceled our services. Management does not inspect lawns during the spring, we offered a tech and you declined. Sent: Wednesday, May 18, 2022, 3:59 PM To: mrgwhjr Subject: RE: Lawn Doctor | Upcoming Visit Notification Hi George, Thank you for reaching out to us, I have been out of the office sick- I thank you for your patience in waiting for a response. I see we skipped this service per your request. We do summer inspections for our new customers every year, I was planning to add you to my route, and I let you know that I would stop by whenever I am in the area. Because we did the pre-emergent treatment it would not have been a good idea to touch up the seeding as it would disrupt the barrier created by the product. This would result to more crabgrass and eventually bare spots. The grass seed we used seems to be working great for all our customers including here at the shop (we have a yard as well which we use all our products on). I cannot reimburse you for the seeding? I can offer you touch-ups now in the spring but germination is not guaranteed since pre-emergent went down. Let me know your thoughts on this, I went ahead and terminated services for your account. Thank you for reaching out and providing this feedback, hope you have a great day. Bruna Murta."
