He is an excellent painter. He made our house look like it was brand new. His work on this house has been flawless. Over the past 15 years, we have used many painters. When this person does the painting, the paint goes on and stays on. He is very meticulous and clean. He comes in, tells us what he is going to do and how much it is going to cost. He gives a written estimate. Right now he is power washing our deck. He is probably going to refinish it tomorrow. He is going to stain it. His prices are like share market prices. He is not cheap but his prices are fair and competitive. He charges the going market price. His quality is unbelievable. He is very responsive. He is always on time. He shows up when he says he will show up. If we intend doing something by ourselves and ask him about it, he will give us all the information we need. He is very good. Our house is about a mile from the water. We need to paint it once in 5 years. We will not use any other painter to do the job.
