"we never performed work for this customer . ?"
"THIS CUSTOMER WAS A PIECE OF WORK , THIS CUSTOMER BLACKMAILED ME. SHE OWED ME OVER 900.00 STATED THAT SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME A BAD REVIEW IF WE WASHED THIS AND WANTED HE 162.00 BACK . I TOLD HER SHE WAS CRAZY. SHE HAS OCD, BIG TIME, WHEN WE TOOK OFF THE COUNTER TOP FOR HER CABINET IT FELL APART . THIS WAS OVER TEN YEARS OLD BUILD OF COMPRESSED WOOD. I DID A MULTITUDE OF PLUMBING WORK IN THIS HOUSE AT A DISCOUNTED RATE THAT I NEVER WAS PAID FOR. THIS LADY IS A CROOK AT BEST IM WONDERING HOW MANY CONTRACTORS SHE SCREWED."
"nothing was installed backwards. We had two techs there at the same time. So if the math works that's almost two man hours . As for the knob, that was a manufacturer defect. The customer purchased the unit that we installed. They are responsible to get the parts when they purchase. As for responsiveness, we make appointments like everyone else and we don't apologized because we can not react in five minutes from any complaints."

"This customer contacted us: state this was what he wanted done and gave us the part for the washing machine and wanted it installed. At this time the customer was notified that he should have may tag install the part because once we touch the unit it does not fall on the warrantee. The customer was adamant for us to install this unit. We installed it. This did take almost two hours with dismantling the unit putting the pump and harness back together and closing up the cabinet. In now way was I suppose to know this was the wrong part because the customer ordered it and wanted it installed and never contacted me after the installation to say there was anything wrong .."
"We changed the part that was leaking at the time but was not notified by the customer that they were still having a problem or we would have returned to repair it ."
"This customer is highly exaggerated . We did not make a mess. the boiler was bleed before we started any work. The thermostat has nothing to do with draining down a boiler and shutting it down from downstairs. I explained to the customer that they did not have any isolation valves in the system to bleed out the lines properly. They did not call me back after I bleed the lines on the second trip."
