When he arrived, he was confident that he could reach the leak through the ceiling on the 2nd floor. After taking some measurements upstairs, he pinpointed it to the ceiling of a hallway closet on the 2nd floor. After cutting through the ceiling, he was able to access the leak. He cut away the original metal pipe and replaced it with new fittings and PVC. He finished in 4 hours and his price was very fair for a Sunday.
I would highly recommend Dave to anyone. He completed the job quickly with minimal damage, and all I have to do is cover the opening with an access panel in case I ever need to access the tricky area again. He is a meticulous guy and takes his job very seriously.
Courteous,punctual,thorough,and professional.
I was extremely pleased with the results.
He was careful of his surroundings.
And did not overcharge.
I was given a very reasonable price quote before he touched anything.
I would most certainly use this guy again.
