primary operators, George, visit my house and begin the estimate. Out of all 4 companies I met with, George was the only representative that actually asked to visit each room and take measurements to determine the type of furnace and BTU output we would need.
George conducted his work quietly and efficiently and was mindful in his explanations of the work that needed to be done. Additionally, he made recommendations for future central cooling options if we so desired the transition down the road.
Within 24 hours I had an electronic contract ready- Which actually happened to be the most competitive in price.
Days leading up to the install I received a phone call from their Site Manager, Sal, who walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and was very patient with my novice and sometimes over inquisitive questions. When the install day came I was very impressed with Mike and Dominic's professional work ethic. For the first time in a long time I was working with a company that was exceeding my expectations. The entire job was completed in 6 hours, Dominic and Mike were quiet and respectful while being in a work site house. Following the equipment test, the two operators, Mike and Dominic explained the entire set up, walked me through some operating documentation, and politely implied the age and inefficiency of my prior furnace.
Overall Climate Control Corp is exactly the type of company that properly represents their field by setting new standards for professionalism and quality. Any future HVAC work or repairs for my home or other's will easily be referred to Climate Control Corp. in East Haven.
