He did just what was needed and for a fair price!!
Gregg came promptly as he said he would, saw that the bats were not IN the garage, but staying under the louvers against the screen of the garage peak vent. Removed the bats humanely, caulked the sides of the vent and secured a mesh screen over the louvers so that the bats could not return to roost. He checked all other vents to be sure there was no other activity. Excellent provider!!

Overall time it took was approximately 20 min = $135.00. Angies site said $75, but he said it was old and his prices had gone up since then.

I purchased the Angie's Big Deal for a $75 Animal Intrusion Home Inspection Services. Gregg came out and inspected our attic, confirming that we had mice. Said he couldn't find where they were coming in, and that it wasn't worth trying to find since they'd just come back next year anyway. Said all we could do is put D-Con up there to kill them off. Suggested we could do it ourselves, but we paid him to do it for us. Mice problem was gone that season, but they just came back the next year. Still have no idea where they are coming in.

They came when they said they would, called me with the cost and when I arrived home, there was no remnant of the dead animal.

Called Gregg. He came over quickly and removed the squirrel from my bathroom. He came back every day or so for a week to check the trap he'd set in my attic. He did a great job.

Very pleased with the services provided. Gregg was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. He described the course of action needed, and did all that he said he was going to do, and successfully. Was willing to be here as many times as needed to solve the problem, even on a weekend. Nice doing business with a professional local business: received a thank you note from him after the job was done.

I purchased an Angie's List and quot;Big Dealand quot; for this service. The Big Bear representative came to my home on-time for the scheduled appointment. He inspected the exterior of both my house and the garage, and the interior of both. In my house, he inspected every room and closet thoroughly. He identified two locations where rodents appeared to have been present (droppings), and provided mouse traps and bait at those sites. He provided advice for options for blocking possible points of intrusion, and information for where to purchase them. I felt his inspection was thorough, he was professional and personable, and I would definitely call Big Bear again were I to need services in this category. I felt the Big Deal for the inspection was a fair price for the services performed.

Gregg was very quick to respond and efficient when it came to removing a squirrel from my bathroom. He came back when he said he would for a few days to check the trap. Great service! Even got a thank you card and a holiday card from him.

He check attic and basement and complete living area and walked around outside of the house. Then told me to buy steel wool and where to place it to keep the mice out. For the price I think that this is something that he should have done as one of the areas I will need to have somone come and get on a ladder to get to.

He came right out, set the traps, and made several follow ups until they were gone.

He was very prompt. Got the squirrel. Took it away. I was very happy. I received a thank you card from the company for services rendered! I would certainly call him again if I had another wild animal problem.

He was excellent and very thorough. He charged us less than the initial quote. He did the job and when he came back, the problem was resolved.

I called Gregg who was at home on a weekend. He came to my house right away and brought traps. He quoted me a price and stuck with that price. Even though he had to keep coming back and forth until the animal was caught. He ended up getting both of them in a few days. I was very happy to have it taken care of. I was surprised that when I called the town they had no plan of action and didn't pay for this type of thing. They said town citizens are responsible for payment. So when Gregg only charged a small fee I was more then happy.
