We interviewed and received estimates from 5 companies - all bids were competitive. These guys were wonderful - the work was performed over a couple of months spread. The first batch was the box/service upgrade and rough in for the new kitchen then the fitout of the boxes and such once the sheetrock went up followed by the final visit to install all the fixtures, sockets and switches. We even had a concern about once of the outlets placement - the next day the owner was out there to evaluate. Ended up it wasnt a mistake on thier behalf, but ours :) Owner and Office staff were very friendly and easy to work with. The only, ONLY drawback was scheduling appointments with the crew. We would have an appointment for the next day at 10am, then at 5pm they would call and say it would be the day after next.. not a huge deal but can be a pain fi someone is trying to take off work to meet them. Overall- we loved them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

electrician called to say when he would arrive. He was prompt and professional (well mannered). Checked all the outlets,found the problem and replaced a worn breaker. We have not received the bill yet. The dispatcher booked are appointment quickly and was also well mannered and professional. Avery positive experience.

I think it went very well. They came exactly when the said when they would. They were done in a timely manner, and they were very neat. They were very respectful and kept things clean. They just did a quality job.

Excellent. After speaking with Joann, Art's asst. I scheduled an appointment for Art to give me an estimate on a job a previous contractor did not finish. After meeting Art and receiving an estimate and schedule to complete the work, we began talking of other issues related to home ownership. His experience, skills and knowledge of the neighborhood put me at ease very quickly. On the scheduled day Art was to arrive, Art came by with one of his asst. and began work on the issue at hand. The task at hand was completed in the time Art thought it would take. Finally,My tenants are happy to be watching TV. I have more work to do and will make one phone call and that is to ABATE electric.

Our 65-year old electrical system started giving us trouble a week before the Thanksgiving dinner we were set to host! We got a quick visit with a number of options for fixing it - temporary to get through the holidays, temporary until we were ready to upgrade or upgrade. We weren't pressured one way or the other. The day we were supposed to get the service done, it was raining cats and dogs so the guys obviously couldn't run the new electrical box to the outside - nonetheless, they came and upgraded the box and the fittings inside the house so we could at least have power and then came back the next day to finish it off. Perfect. Responsive and really great to work with.

I have used them several times on different occasions and they are always great. They are professional, knowledgeable, and are able to handle a variety of jobs. The price is always perfect and the work is done correctly the first time. I am definitely pleased to do business with them.

The owner of the company promptly came by for an estimate. His men were courteous and competent. When needed, the owner was available to assist. The estimate was close to the cost of the project (though a bit lower).

WE BOUGHT A NEW DRYER, BUT WE COULDN'T PLUG IT IN. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED IT SO WE COULD USE IT. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED THAT THEY SHOWED UP THE SAME DAY WE CALLED THEM.
