Rick and his crew are true professionals. They made sure that the job was done right before they signed off. Our floors are absolutely beautiful. They were very punctual arriving at the time they quoted. They did a great clean up too.

No attention to detail and no accountability. Did not bother to pull out stove or refrigerator to strip and stain flooring underneath, leaving those areas incomplete. Once job was complete, we naturally put down area rugs to protect our new floors. Within a couple of months, we were shocked to find that the new grey stain had lifted under every area rug we had placed down, including all of our stair treads, leaving blatant yellow squares consistent with the original floor! (see picture attached) When we contacted Rick about this issue, his response was dismissive, simply stating "Oh, you can't put non-slip rugs down" as if we were to have known this. When the job was completed, we weren't given any specific instructions on what type of rugs to use, when to use or anything. We were never told that we couldn't put rugs down. After that initial call, he said he would make some calls and get back to us. We never heard back from him, even after leaving several messages. At this point, everywhere in our home that we have an area rug in place, including several areas in our kitchen, living room, hall ways and stairways, has drastic discoloration, showing the original yellow flooring and does not match the rest of the floor. We will be forced to refinish our floors once again. DO NOT hire this company if you want honesty, integrity or accountability in a contractor. Entirely disappointed, but mostly sad that people can actually run a business this way and feel ok about it.

identified during the work. If I ever need more floor work done, Rich would be the first and only provider I would consider!

Came out the next day after I called for an estimate. When we were ready to schedule they were very flexible with our schedule. They did an awesome job.
