Worst management ever!! No snow removal for tenants in assigned parking lots, I have had to miss work on more than 1 occasion! Never able to get past tge receptionist on the phone mo matter what the emergency and they don’t return calls, just pathetic!!

Every time something needs to be done a phone call is to be made to Mr. Katzman. He will determine who to send out. It takes numerous calls and letters to get to take action on request. He never responds. He has no communication skills. It seems he believes he has the authority and power to do or not do work. He forgets he is a management company hired and paid for by the Assoc. When he does get someone to do the work it's always poor. Painted doors over chipped paint. He does not inspect the job before/after nor does he see what has been done. He always goes the cheapest and worst route instead of getting the job done right. Example of such an issue is the basement work needed in my condo. After 6 months of trying to get him to come take a look, he finally came. I told him I knew the ground needed digging up to fix the outside so the leaks would stop. He sent a worker to plug the inside crack. It still leaks bad. I had to send a registered letter for him to do anything.
