I spoke with Rob on the phone on Tuesday. Today is Thursday and my problem was diagnosed, corrected, and repaired in a very timely and affordable manner. He double and triple checked his work, educated me on the heating in my household and just gave me a great sense of calm and confidence. I will be working with him in the near future again and I'm glad to have found this pro.

This is a great review! Rob called early the next day, and here 3 hours later. Had the problem addressed and had the part to repair it. But didn t stop there. Looked over the system, did a little this and that . To make sure everything was working as designed. I wouldn t call anyone else. His phone is in my contacts. He was just a great guy, friendly and polite. Something you don t see anymore. Hire this man and you won t go wrong

Nice and pleasant service but almost $400 to install a thermostat, seemed overpriced to me!

I did'nt even charge you for rescheduling the previous days appointment in which you had a sudden change of plans and I arrived at your home and no one was there! Value is highly subjective. Yet, if I have shown you quality service, courtesy and knowledge to fix your problem in an appreciable amount of time then the value is there and it is unfortunate that you do not see it. Rob W."

Retrofit installation of air conditioning can be challenging. The contractor ensured the installation was performed with minimal construction mess and cleaned up daily. System is well integrated to house and distributes air evenly and quietly. Extremely satisfied with the way work was performed and the system. The dual zone system, while more expensive is well worth the added price to properly cool a two floor home.

The only negative thing I have to say is about the scheduling...as customers we're not accustomed to more than one company responding when we place a call for service...I was juggling calls and ended up having a second company show up after the work was already completed...the phone tag games that day with 2 different companies were crazy! Watkins did a great job and we're very satisfied.
