Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture - Apply, Repair or Remove
Extremely professional! I was contacted daily by the owner Andrew Stoddard on all the work that was being done . Our home suffered water damage and there was substantial water damage that involved removal of attic insulation, drying out the attic and ceiling, and then the final painting. I contracted with Spaces, LLC to install a glass tile backsplash in my kitchen. Andrew (owner) came to my home within two days of my outreach to review the project. I received a formal quote from his team shortly thereafter. The quote was competitive, very detailed and easy to understand. After approving the quote, a tradesman (Eric) was scheduled within a week and the backsplash was installed in a day and a half. Eric s work is professional, thorough and very detail oriented. We had water damage in our kitchen. Spaces came in, removed the damaged laminate, dried the flooring with dehumidifiers and prepped the underlayment. The installation was done over two days and we could not be happier with the final results.

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture - Apply, Repair or Remove
Drew and his team did great quality work in removing our pop corn ceiling, smoothing everything out and painting. Also added recessed lighting which is a nice upgrade. We love the finished product. Price was right. Referred to our neighbor who is going to have the same work done!

"Contract stated one coat of compound only, per clients request. Customer signed off on completed work order and gave crew compliments. After learning about client wanting an additional coat of compound we offered to return and apply second coat compound free of charge which was denied by Bruce."

These are wonderful people! Andrew is very professional, I couldnâ t be happier that I chose them. Ray and Joe did a marvelous job. They arrived on time and finished the job in the time estimated. They kept the job site clean and left with the area looking as clean as it did before they arrived. They paid great attention to the details, made suggestions and consulted with me at various times in the process. Fair price, great work, what else could you want? Our business has a very old rug that has seen a lot of use over the years. They did a good job cleaning and getting it to look as good as possible. They cleaned while we were still in operation and were very unobtrusive.

In retrospect, Andrew should have turned down our job which was poorly priced. I did advise him of the cost parameters that we were stuck with. I cannot blame him for not finishing the job.....but things could have transpired a lot differently.
