Roofand quot;s by Welch did the original roof replacements and knew the make and color of the shingles originally installed so my association hired them to replace about 8-10 shingles on the front of my house that were previously damaged and replaced by a general contractor with shingles that did not match the existing shingles. The first time Welch came out, they replaced the shingles but with ones that again did not match. Why they chose to replace them again with shingles that didn't match is puzzling.

They were asked to come back to make it right and when they did, they ripped up shingles off the back of my garage right outside a window and put those shingles in the front. The donor shingles still don't match the ones out front because the rear of my house gets full sun and are very faded and the front shingles aren't. Now, the shingles they replaced on the back of my garage don't match either. So I have 2 areas on my house with patchwork shingles that don't match. Why they would take shingles from another area, right outside a window and in the middle of a roof is again puzzling. I feel they did it on purpose as an F* for having to come back. I can't emphasize enough how displeased I am by the lack of professional work and decision making of Roof's by Welch.

First off let me start off by saying how trustworthy this man is. We were gone and he still did work on our roof and did an outstanding job! He is the kind of man that takes pride in his work and really cares about his customers. I would recommend him to my family.

Roof installed with no issues

They cleaned up everything beautifully. Actually better than I expected because there was virtually nothing left on the ground. They covered all of the plants and the landscaping when they did the work. I was so pleased that they took such great precautions while doing the work.
