Hartford Despatch

We have moved two weeks ago and they still have all of my stuff. We have been expecting our stuff for a week now. I have no anticiapted delivery date from them. They've been nice when we've spoken to them but there will be no compensation if they missed the deadline. We chose them because they are a national company and are very dissappointed.

They were just really bad. We ended up doing a settlement. The way they packed was terrible and they destroyed so much of our stuff. We are not getting anything back. They showed up at our house with 12 boxed to move us from Connecticut to New Jersey. They charged us extra when they had to spend more time. I appealed to Mastercard. They sent them supposedly proof that I signed for it. They took a paper that I signed and they added an amount to it. So, fortunately I had the original and that was how I got them to Better Business Bureau. I called them a week before the move. I told them that I don’t want any surprised. I told them that I have packed more than what I said and I have got rid of more than what I said I would. He told me that there will be no surprises.
