although Dubiel was often out on a site and difficult to reach. this company was extremely professional, able to provide service in a timely manner and extrmely helpful when needing markers clearly marked. They took the time to walk through the property and answer any questions.

Dubiel Associates Came to our home on Sept. 17th to survey our property. They researched deeds and maps, obtained copies from the town. They were reasonably priced and we were happy with their service.

Pro: Mr. Rich Walton was very nice, professional and courteous, we are trying to settle a dispute with a neighbor. He explained the results and wrote a professional letter regarding the results. Con: My attorney, as well as I had several questions and left voice messages, but Mr. Walton does not call back. I realize that he is very busy, but a couple of minutes to return a call would have been appropriate.

Project started great, and the survey was completed within a week or so of my request. However, they never told me they were coming, and then it took over a month to get my plans. I called and emailed several times with little to no responses. If I didn't call, I never got a response. The first time we spoke I gave me a price range for a survey, and was told it rarely does the price go to the highest teare. I asked for a ballpark after each step, town research, property survey, designing the plans. I never got a price breakdown until the end when he charged me the full amount. All in all, wouldn't recommend this company.

Weather conditions kept him from showing up for almost two months, which you can't blame on him I guess. Seven weeks later he came to our property and told us that he was having problems with a discrepency between his survey and existing surveys around our propety. He knew time was important because there was a huge property dispute between with us and our neighbor. They were building on our property and we needed this survey to stop them. We first called him in the beginning of June. It is now a few days from November. The first couple of times I called him he said he was working on it. Then I never heard from him again. Very unperfessional.
