Jim arrived at 9:00 on the nose and was careful not to track dirt into the house. He spent a half-hour checking out the offending area, talking with me about the suspected cause and examining the area. At no point did I feel pressured into services we didn't need, and he didn't recommend tearing all the walls out: he honestly communicated that he didn't see cause for concern, and suggested alternatives to thousands-of-dollars mold treatment that we didn't need. We weren't charged a penny for this invaluable service that other companies wanted to charge for!

They were entirely professional. Incredibly organized. The basement situation was an emergency situation at my mother's basement. They were able to come out immediately in an hour, incredibly terrific with her (she has Alzheimers). They followed up and returned phone calls. Did everything they could do to make the insurance claim to be as easy as it could possibly be.
