We were blessed to have found Bert for our full master bathroom renovation. Bert was extremely professional and performed work on our new bathroom flawlessly. He went above and beyond the call of duty and was very responsive, he was also flexible to work around our general contractor’s schedule to complete the job on time. This included personal time and weekend work. We could not be happier with the results. Thanks again Bert’s plumbing. We will have to look no further for our next project. A+++++

Bert was responsive and courteous. Bert is a true professional and he really took the time to get us into his busy schedule to install a new gas hot water heater that we came home from a vacation to find a broken hot water heater leaking in our basement. Bert was at our house promptly the morning after we spoke to him. During our phone contact with Bert, he was very communicative and kind. His pricing was reasonable and he had great reviews in a neighborhood Facebook forum. Out of the other calls made to other contractors, Bert was sincere and genuine. He was prompt and supportive at our Home leaving our home just the way it was when he arrived; and this time with a brand new hot water heater that works perfectly! We are so happy that we chose Bert’s Plumbing and we plan on reaching back out to him again for any plumbing needs. I already started telling some family members about how great he is!

He was extremely personable and very helpful. They arrived on time and were very professional. They had good prices and I would hire them again in a heart beat.

This was not performed in my presence, at my house so I didn't have contact with Bert myself, but the fact that he kept coming back to fix the problem makes him a good candidate for future needs for a plumber.
I also don't have the actual dates or payment amount, but we have no regrets and a working, non leaking toilet thanks to Bert.

We bought a new toilet to replace an old worn out toilet downstairs. I called Bert and he returned my call promptly. We set up
a day and time that worked for both of us but in the meantime my water heater died. I called Bert to let him know that the job would now include a new water heater. He took care of everything, bought the water heater, installing it after installing the toilet. I felt that his price was reasonable for purchasing a water heater, installing it and installing a toilet. He was prompt, professional, and pleasant. I called him because I liked what his customers said about him on Angie's List .

I chose Bert because he listened to what I wanted to do, gave some advice, and let me purchase the fixtures that I wanted. He was prompt, flexible and professional. Doing both bathrooms over several days and coordinating with flooring installers and the painter, he made sure I was never without running water or a toilet when he left for the day. The most amazing part was how he installed the tub and shower fixtures. I wanted to keep the fiberglass tub unit and shower stall because they were in good condition. One of the other people who work with him cut a large hole in the tub wallI and the shower stall so Bert could replace the fixtures. Then he replaced the cut out part and repaired it so it looked like it never happened! Everyone else I spoke to said they would have to use what they call a "goof" plate to hide the hole. I was in awe when I saw the finished product. Not only is Bert an excellent plumber, but he has excellent people working with him.

He was efficient and came right away. He is friendly, courteous, knowledgable and reasonably priced.

I think Bert is excellent. He's very responsive and he deals with any problems quickly. He's also fair.

We bought a new house and were remodeling 2 bathrooms. We ran into some unexpected problems and Bert came to the rescue! He fit us in to his busy schedule and stayed until 10:00 PM 2 nights in a row to replace shower fixtures, move pipes, remove toilets, and cap off leaky valves. He really came through in a pinch. His prices are very reasonable given the work he does. I would highly recommend Bert, he is a hard-working, honest professional!
