Mike fit the bill exactly!
First, he looked at the garbage disposal and quickly discovered that the problem was a foreign object stuck inside. Next was the washing machine, which wouldn't drain the water after finishing a load. After a complete examination he determined that a switch had gone bad. He was very knowledgeable about the appliances and understood the complexities involved. He had to get a replacement part and was back two days later and quickly installed it.
The service was professional, reasonably priced and done quickly in a very personable manner. I would certainly call Mike's again if the need arose.
