We have been using him for seventeen years. He does landscaping and snow removal. He comes when he says he is going to come. He knows that we cannot get out of our house because we do not have snow removal. We are on the bottom of the hill, and our driveway takes us up the street. When I was working full time outside of the home, we tell him that we need the driveway cleared by 6:45, and he would be there. If he could not be there, he let us know. He has some elderly clients as well that he makes sure he does first. He is a really good guy; he is a mensch. When we had that huge snow storm two winters ago, got a gazillion inches of snow here in Connecticut, and had piles of snow at the end driveway that had to be seven feet tall, his truck was just not strong enough to do the driveway, so, he did it by hand. He came out with a snow blower, and he still tried to get all his clients cleared even though it was probably humanly impossible. He just really knocked himself out. He was just great. He charges us $25 per storm. It may have gone up to $30 last year, but it is cheap. We are going to use him until he retires.
