+ -1 moreWe decided to enclose our back porch to make a den and upgrade to french doors to improve the interior entrance from the dinning room to the new den. The old picture window in the dinning room was leaking water both outside an inside. We choose Above and Beyond because they had built several outside projects for us. Previously they built two storage buildings, a deck with overhead pergola, walkway and steps to our back porch. Their work has always been great. They take care to do all their work in a professional and timely manner. Their knowledge and experience in all areas of remodeling is amazing. I will use them again. If you need help with water damage, repairs, or want to add-on or remodel an existing space, you may want to call them an get an estimate.
Description of Work: Dean and Brandon ( Above and Beyond ) enclosed our screened in back porch. They framed and installed 6 Pella double hung windows and an entry door. On the exterior they installed T-111 siding and trimmed all their work. In addition they took out an old picture window in the adjoining dining room which they replaced with two more Pella windows. To finish they removed the old sliding door to the now new den and installed a set of french doors.
