It's a rare thing when you find any contractor who is both an expert at their craft AND honest! The central air conditioning stopped at 7pm with 90 degree weather. Lloyd sent an email immediately. He came that evening and the following morning to fix the problem. He was very polite and answered all my questions. The total fix was $256 which matched what other companies have charged in the past for the same issue. I would hire him again.

Lloyd performed service inspection and maintenance on the central air/heating unit in the condo that we purchased. He also cleaned the compressor outside. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend his services !

Cannot say enough good things about Lloyd. He came out on Labor Day after 8:00 P.M. and got the unit running. He came back the next day and replaced several parts and corrected some wiring mistakes made by the original technician. He could not have been kinder or more professional.

Lloyd responded quickly, came the next day and was extremely thorough. He showed us the workings of our system, explained what maintenance was needed and empowered us to decide what to fix and what to do ourselves. I appreciated having everything laid out clearly, and having an honest expert take the time to teach me what was going on. I'll call again for any HVAC needs. No doubt. Price was lower than expected.
