Even offered/completed an additional project that I could knock off my to do list so I could spend more quality with family.

We used Jonathan as a VERY handy handyman to build and install wood railings on the **other side** of all our stairwells where we had just one railing on each set of stairs (aging in place project!!) Jonathan was quick to respond to our inquiry and get the job done. He matched woods and finishes so that the new railings look like they have always been there. In fact, our kids visited this weekend and when we asked if they noticed anything new they needed a hint!! And WE do feel much more secure on the stairs with this project completed.

Jonathan and his painting crew were professional, courteous, neat, hard workers and very efficient. They cleaned up each day and left everything neat and covered. They were well organized and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Jonathan and his team did an outstanding job on our 1930's home. The original beadboard was beautiful but much too dark. Team PaintStar expertly prepped and painted all of our walls and ceilings white, while maintaining many original wood features, resulting in a terrific mix of vintage and newly lightened spaces. They also expertly prepared and painted kitchen cabinets in two different matching colors and made the kitchen look much better than when we bought the house. Jonathan and team are also finish carpentry craftsmen who did many projects that have maintained the original look of the house while replacing things that were worn out. We're now having them install vintage french doors as a barn door separating living spaces and are looking forward to seeing the finished product. We strongly recommend Jonathan and his PaintStar team!

Two man crew took great care to protect fixtures/furnishings as well as using drop clothes to protect carpets in passageways from garage to LR/DR work area. Courteous, efficient and hassle free scheduling. Would hire again.

John and his team did exceptional work for our kitchen and family room remodeling He kept us informed all the way—he listened to our requests and gave us professional advise on the best way to achieve the look we were after We will use him in the future and could not be happier with the finished rooms

Hired Jonathan Bristol to spray paint 15 interior flat doors for $800.00 but he only painted 12 at first . I then gave him 2 more foe total 14.He was given access to the house to come and go as his schedule permitted. He was to start on 8/30/17 and be done in 3 days. He called last minute to say he would not be there that day because his daughter was starting kindergarten that day, This was after we had rearranged our schedules to accommodate him. Three weeks later he still had not finished the doors and he repeatedly did not show up after agreeing to meet with us. He assured us that he would drape and secure the room we gave him to do the job. There is paint all over the ceiling and floor and he made no effort to clean up his mess. Because we had given him access to the house, he came and went as he pleased. We do not even know if he did the work himself as he had promised or had one of his employees( who we had never agreed to give access) do the work. After 3 weeks of broken commitments, my grandson paid him $600.00 and the job is still not complete. He is an irresponsible businessman and I would never recommend him to anyone or hire him again. Home Advisor beware.

Painted kitchen cabinets. Work was fine. Had to touch up a few times. Scheduling was a problem as he had other "bigger" projects going on. Promised to return a cabinet knob on several occasions and has yet to do so.

Jonathan and team are very professional and reliable. He did a great job painting and installing indoor railings in my house.

Jon and his worker were both good and polite workers. They took the time it needed to finish the job right. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with this service. They were very neat and did a wonderful job of cleaning up when the project was done. I have other rooms to do and will hire them again. Couldn't be happier with the job. Also very reasonable pricing which was not the case with other quotes.
