+ -1 moreThe only bad thing was that the moment we put our house on sale the market just went down, so that's why it took so long to sell it. The service Susan gave us was very good. Susan is the agent that actually sold our house for us. We got a really good price for the house and I am just glad that the house got sold because we weren't expecting it to get sold when it got sold. Excellent service and attention.
Description of Work: We put our house up for sale in May and it was sold in April. The commission fee she charged was six percent which was fair to me.
