Cheverier, owner was recommended by my long-time, local Windsor CPA
when I mentioned I was thinking of adding an attached garage as well as a
small, den/sun-room to the back of my house. When I contracted with Nelson, I
expected an honest , capable craftsman. Nelson is that ? plus I quickly
learned he is a consummate professional ? who was a perfections in everything
he did. He has well developed communication skills with many
years experience in all types of construction, including garage design.
Therefore, he was well equipped to guide me in the choices to best fit my
needs, budget and preferences. He devoted almost full-time, either
doing the construction himself or overseeing the laying of concrete
foundation/sides, the painters and the electricians in their work. Only
top- quality materials were used. Except for the landscaping?which
we agreed was to be done later, all was completed within 4 months.
The finished garage and addition are a true asset to my home and a
delight to all my family and friends. Even the neighbors approved
wholeheartedly-- as many stopped by to inspect everything ? both
during the construction and after ? and all marveled at the fine workmanship
and superior construction.
