About us
Kenneth Sullivan Remodeling has been serving Central and Northern Connecticut area for over a decade. I have performed all aspects of home remodeling from kitchen, bath and basement remodels, to additions, decks, vinyl siding and replacement windows. Kenneth Sullivan Remodeling also performs important repairs such as decaying exterior woodwork and offers solutions to prevent the formation of ice dams.

We did not seek out other estimates before hiring Ken Sullivan Remodeling. We were very satisfied with the work on our kitchen 2 years prior, so when we found out about the problem with the existing foundation, there was no question that we needed to work with someone we trusted.
Because this is an old house, there were many existing problems besides the renovation- uneven, poorly patched floors, a problem with our furnace, old wiring in the walls, etc. Ken's experience with old homes was essential to the high quality of the completed work.
Our original fir floors were repaired using remilled wood from other parts of the house and the furnace and wiring problems are also corrected. Basically, we now have a new house!
