Description of Work: I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Jason Jerrell and Rytech Connecticut SW. My pipes burst on the weekend in February when that negative temperature snap hit and left many others like me with water damage. Jason returned my call at 9:30 p.m. and gave me excellent professional advise, over the phone, on how to mitigate my damage. He offered to come as soon as possible that evening but the situation was under control. The next day he was at my home, took out wet floor, dried walls and explained everything to me in regards to the process, the costs, insurance claim issues, and the estimate time frame till completion. He did everything he could to keep me and my family functioning and comfortable during this not so happy time ! Jason is very knowledgeable, professional and a fast worker who is very responsive to any question or concern at any any hour. I would highly recommend Jason Jerrell and his team . He offered relief and gave me confidence that this difficult and unfortunate incident was totally under control. Thank you Jason and Rytech ! Liz Braddock

Excellent service. Jason arrived at the job when he said he would be there. He was very informative on what he was going to do and how he was going to take care of the mold. He remained in communication throughout the entire job and answered any question that we had. Job was done on time. He was very professional and I would recommend him to anybody that needs mold removed.
