They communicated very well. It was easy to get them on the phone, and email.
They were professional, usually wearing a "Rockfall/PALS" shirt, jacket or something. NEVER in dirty ratty clothes, not even the workers.
They worked quickly, professionally. They were aware of the needs of a handicap customer and worked around those needs. They cleaned up every day. There was never a pile of junk/trash left at the end of the day, not even a dumpster.
Contract dates are often vague guidelines for contractors, Rockfall met every one of them. The most important was the finish date and they were done as promised.
Because of the professionalism, communication and accommodation I felt very comfortable with the whole process.
I would 100% recommend Rockfall, especially for those who need an ADA compliant solution.
