Neil was, as always, very responsive to my request. Since the old front door was not operating properly, the tenant was understandably worried and wanted to get the door installed asap. Neil was able to order and install a door within a very short time period. His pricing was less than other quotes I got, and he always does a quality job. I've worked with Neil on a number of projects and have always been very happy with the results. I definitely recommend hiring them for whatever you need.

Overall Neil is very responsive to his clients and does a quality job. His prices were comparable with other contractors. The only difficulty we had was in ordering the storm doors, which took forever. I think that maybe they were lost in the cracks the first time and had to be reordered. otherwise, I was very pleased with the work he and his company have done for us.

Job went great.  Neil and his father are great to work with.  They were quick to return my calls and emails and kept the cost to what was originally quoted.  I would definitely use them again.  In fact, Neil commented that they also do siding and would be happy to give me a quote if I ever wanted to address that and I will definitely give them a call when we are ready to tackle that project.

They did a good job, they cleaned up after themselves. They taped and tacked plastic around where they were ceiling preventing getting dust and dirt all over the house. I would recommend them to anybody.

Job was done well.  Linda has the patience of a saint.  In spite of old hinges and hard to reach hinges in corner cabinets, Linda patiently balanced, tightened and in some cases rehung cabinet doors.  I appreciate her good sense of humor  and patience for what I am sure was a minor pain in the ?butt? job - thank you Linda!!

Neil and Linda were (are) phenomenal. They were great with communication and scheduling, and all of the work was done expertly, professionally, and on-time. They worked with us on our desires for the renovations, provided suggestions, and made sure all of the work was done to our satisfaction, even patching up and fixing some home improvements we had done ourselves to match their work. I can't say enough about how pleasant they are to work with and how good they were about responding to communication, via phone, email, and even text. We will definitely use them for future projects we have at the house.

Neils group was professional from the introduction / initial visit to my house to the clean up and invoicing. as we found things that were wrong with the roof he adjusted quickly and did a great job keeping on budget for the project

When Neil first came to measure for the new doors and windows, he tried to convince me that my front and back doors didn't need to be replaced (they were not that old, but I felt they were not energy efficient). They thought they could adjust them and weather strip to save me the cost. However, I still opted for new doors and I am very happy that I did. They replaced my windows with Harvey Windows and the doors were Andersen. I am very happy with the look and quality of both.

The crew was well organized and kept a clean job site. The workers were friendly arrived on they job when they said they would. They listened to my concerns. They also replaced trim on the windows and doors when necessary. It took a total of three days to get all the work done. After the work was done we had a cold snap and I was able to see what a difference the windows and doors made. There were no more drafts and the furnace seemed to go on less often.

I would not hesitate to recommend Neil. He does excellent work.

Neil came to the house, looked at the work to be done, and provided us with a detailed estimate (with work and pricing options) the very next day. All our communications were friendly, and the roof was done in less than a week. The metal (not cheap plastic, thank you!) gutters were also installed very quickly. The roof and gutters look wonderful, we couldn't be more pleased with the work!

We had initially called Neil Jones in order to get a quote on installing a closet in a play room but realized from the previous reviews that they do roofing repair as well. We had been experiencing a water leak twice or so a year during driving rains and had suspected that our roof was in need of repair. After calling several roofing companies, we quickly realized that roof repair is not something anyone wants to do. We were told repeatedly that and quot;we will only replace the roofand quot; or the contractor just never showed up.As the house is less that 15 years old we thought the replacement option was unlikely. Soon after the initial call Linda came out to discuss our closet options and someone was sent out to inspect the roof. We were told that the roof was in excellent condition and that the source of the water was likely due to a cracked vent, which the subsequently caulked. As for the closet, we could not be happier with the work. They provided a low cost option that looks as though it was part of the original house. Much thanks and praise to Neil Jones Home Improvement. Their work is great and every member of the staff is great to work with. Highly Recommend!

The work was great!

Every time I called Linda, Neil came out promptly for an estimate. Price was good and a contract was entered into. They started work on time and in one instance finished before schedule. They were very clean and after they were finished you would never know work had been done. No nails or debris anywhere. I wouldn't call anyone else for work I needed done. Linda was always very pleasant to speak to on the phone. You were treated like a friend not just a customer.

It went very well. I had a good experience and I definitely will use them again. They did my roof and I was very pleased with my roof. They were good workers and they didn't make a mess. They back up their work. If I ever have an issue they come out to the house. They were just thorough and they have a good work ethic. They are local in town and I know them. I thought their price was very fair. I went with them.

They were excellent. I have used them before. They do a good job. They come when they say they are going to come. They finished the job and their prices are reasonable. His wife is the secretary and she is awesome.

The work itself is described above. Neil will also install siding on this house once the weather clears up and I anticipate a good experience with that as well.
Neil also made some very good suggestions about changes in the basement windows and promised to help with a couple of structural problems there. He's willing to throw in some general handyman advice and help when needed - not just and quot;I only do the windowsand quot; or whatever.
Some plusses - Linda, Neil's wife, takes care of all the office work and is very prompt on the phone and on email. It's easy to get a response, an update, whatever you need. And if something is going to take time or be delayed, she'll just tell you straight up. Another plus is that both are cheerful pleasant people and Neil and his crew have a good sense of humor and an upbeat attitude. It's a pleasure to work with all of them. This in addition to the good work, the good price, and for me the handy location, make a great combination.
