Excellent quality product craftsmanship, and service, they had the custom product ready on time & worked well with my contractor. I highly recommend this company.

He did a good job on the countertops and he talked me into having him resurface a small bath floor instead of replacing it with tile because it would look better.  During the floor resurfacing, my first floor was filled with stone dust.  He went back to his shop and got floor fans with a filter wrapped on them to "filter" the air in my house.  It settled everywhere.  Then he put so much sealer on that there were ribbons of it across the floor.  When it was still wet, I questioned it and he handed me fine steel wool in case I needed to buff a small spot after it dried.  He assured me that if it dried that way, he would correct it but he said that it would not.  Of course, it dried with runny lines all over it.  He then promised to fix it for weeks, then months.  He never fixed it and later said that it was not the sealer but the painters must have spilled mineral spirts on it and etched it.  They were painting with water based paint.  Also, they were not painting that bath and the toilet and sink had been removed, so that made no sense. I believe that since he already got paid, he didn't care.  After many months, I had someone else strip the sealer off and reseal it.  It looks great now.

We installed a crystal white quartzite, and he was exceptionally professional in coming to take detailed templates, and did an excellent job translating them into the actual stone. He was able to turn around the job in an astounding 4 days considering the complexity of the order as well as the difficult crystalline nature of the stone. His guys installed the stone over the course of 3 hours, and drilled several of the holes for the faucet, soap dispenser etc on site. They were efficient, professional, and took care to keep the job site clean.

Mark takes his work seriously, and is an outstanding member of the community.

Mark is in the process of doing the counters for our bathroom and kitchen renovation. He has already completed the bathroom, and he took great detail to ensure that the marble countertop was perfectly designed. The home is an older home, with many walls that are not absolutely straight. Mark was sensitive to our requests, and the stone was installed without an issue. The quality of the finishing was excellent.
He is currently in the process of templating our kitchen, and he spent several hours ensuring that he had every detail exactly as we wanted it. He gave suggestions when requested regarding placement of in-counter items, and is a true professional.

The workers were always on time, professional, and respectful. They came to measure a template, then cut the granite as desired and installed it within two weeks.
