+ -1 moreI PAID FOR A YEAR OF SERVICE, AND AFTER THE YEAR, HE KEPT THE SERVICE ON FOR AN EXTRA MONTH AND CHARGED ME FOR THE EXTRA MONTH INCLUDING A DISCONNECT FEE. THEN HE SAID HE'D COME OUT FOR A CHARGE AND TURN IT BACK ON. I FEARED FOR MY PERSONAL SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF MY FAMILY WHEN DEALING WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL. HE IS THE TYPE OF PERSON THEY MAKE SCARY MOVIES ABOUT. HE IS CRAZY.
Description of Work: IT WAS AN UNWARRANTED REACTIVATION. HE SHUT OFF THE ALARM IN VIOLATION OF OUR CONTRACT AND THEN CAME BACK OUT TO TURN IT BACK ON.
