"Maid Brigade has a guarantee policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you called our office indicating that the team did not clean or re-clean your floors to your satisfaction we would have dispatched our operations manager to assess and rectify the problem. Our "Swiffers" are Unger heavy duty mops with removable microfiber mop heads. The mop heads get changed multiple times in a house based on the condition of the floors and floor surfaces. The mop heads that are used in one house are never used in a second house. All mop heads and cloths are freshly laundered for each home we clean. I'm sorry you have been holding on to this for 8 months."
3 cleaners showed up instead of the two we requested, which I didn't quite understand.. they did a descent job. helpful staff.
