My husband and I gave Steve about $6000 of plumbing business. He is an unfriendly, lazy, and careless plumber. He created three leaks in my bathroom with the toilet, and two sinks simply because he neglected to tighten down my toilet tank bolt and other bolts properly. Steve came back multiple times to fix issues he created, but does not take responsibility by saying sorry for the mess the water all over my vanity and floor created. He likes to blame anything but himself. He also adds 20% fee on top of materials he orders from supply house, so beware, do not order through him. Lastly, have a written contract with him if you choose to go down a rocky road with this man. He tries to overcharge for services that we had a verbal agreement on. Very dishonest and completely unfriendly. I would stay far away.

"I’m having trouble choosing between sad and just pathetic to describe you needing to run to anywhere you can to leave bad reviews. Yep, I missed a few things, fully admit and accept that but conveniently in your poorly worded review you neglected to mention that I was at your house within an hour of you letting me know on those occasions. Every time there was an issue I was on top of it immediately but again you wouldn’t dare say anything like that in the review. Of course I mark up material why would I possibly give you my price? I am in this business to make a profit this is no secret. If you want to pay the actual cost order the material yourself. You have me order it because I then assume responsibility for it. The time it takes to order it and assume responsibility for it is then compensated by profit added to the cost. This is completely standard operating procedure for anybody in the trades and to think that I would simply extend my price and time to get your material is just ridiculous. I was very transparent about that when we discussed ordering materials and I’m transparent about that right now. It’s funny that every single person on your job that’s a contractor has had an issue with you and the job so perhaps there’s a common denominator that you’re just not willing to except? On one review you say I got $5200 worth of work and now on this review you’re claiming 6000. So clearly your story is all over the place. The job didn’t go well fine, you don’t like me frankly that doesn’t matter to me. But at least tell a consistent and accurate and truthful story of what actually happened. I have almost 20 years of proven success, thousands of loyal very happy clients because I do own up to my work, I do tell people honest answers and I charge people fairly. So before you start screaming and yelling about a bad attitude maybe look in the mirror and fix your own attitude."

Steve was amazing! He arrived early, very professional and friendly, explained everything I needed to know and did the jobs very quickly. He had to get a new part from the store and was back in a flash! The price was very reasonable and I'm very happy with the services he performed. I would definitely use him again! Keep up the good work!

The plumber replaced cracked pipes and tested nearby joints and pipes shorter than promised time. He cut the price down as less time spent on the job.

Steve installed a new tub/shower unit, which required him to rebuild a small wall too. He came when he said he would and left the work area clean each day he was here. I would highly recommend Night Owl Plumbing. Steve did an amazing job.

He did all work as promised. He needed to order a new control valve and return to install it but did not charge for two visits. He obtained the part and returned the same day. His work is done right and he is very neat. We will use him again when we need a plumber.

Steve was very timely, for the emergency response on a Sunday he returned our call within 15 minutes and was at our house within 20 minutes after that. He had to open our ceiling and see where water was coming from and gave good advice for how to proceed. The second call (non-emergency) he came when he said he would and called ahead of time. He went through the house to determine where a crack in the pipe was. He was very knowledgeable and informative.

Steve arrived a few minutes before the promised time took care of the job quickly. He is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. I will hire him for several other jobs and would recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding plumber.
