The house we bought, located in the country, has a history of mice, and when we moved in, there were over 45 mouse bait stations in various places around the house. Mulford removed the bait/poison boxes, and then manually sealed off every point of entrance for mice.
Then he tested and watched, and made adjustments where necessary, but ultimately, within a month or so, there were no mice (none) anywhere, and not a drop of poison used.
Our praise comes without compromise. Just a terrific guy running a great company, doing things right and responsibly. Highly recommended.
