Guardian (and Jeff) were great! I needed to have them come asap and they worked hard to help (even though I was not a "regular" customer). They were pleasant to deal with on the phone and they kept me in the loop all day long while they were trying to set up an appointment for me; they were able to set up my appointment within 24 hours of my calling. Jeff (technician) was extremely helpful and professional. I would call them again if I ever need this service.

They did a good job. The hornets didn't come back, so whatever they used was really good. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and took care of the job. I would use them again in the future.
