Tom lead the FPLC team, everyone was very professional, and the work went exceedingly well. They removed two very large trees within about 5 hours, including a few special requests. They were excellent and we will certainly hire them again.

I do not want to write a bad review because the crew does work hard. I do think that it is important to talk about how the work was done because the pricing is in line with other service providers in the area. First they did not bring equipment capable of working on large tree efficiently. We have trees that are over 80 feet tall. The pruning job they did was okay but a few days later my yard still filled up with dead branches after a small wind storm. Second only one person trims alone. I lost two major leaders from two mature trees when they were doing removal work for my direct neighbor. I also lost a 15 year old blue spruce and had a branch dent my gutter system. The gutter system (minor) dent was a first for me after over 25 years of tree work being done on my property. The operator was apologetic and tried to straighten the damage out (even offered a credit on the invoice) but again, this was the first time I have had work done where there has been property damage. I also lost a fence rail which was replaced by the company. Again, good hard working people but not paying real close attention to the details. They also do not have the equipment to haul away large sections of wood so they stay on the job to cut and sometimes split all of the wood on your property. They have up to 6 people working at it but it takes a few days if you have a few trees taken down as my neighbor did. Most companies that charge in the same range remove large sections via a flatbed and crane. They do not stay on the property for days cutting and processing firewood. In closing they did the job promised but I would recommend the following: Ask them how long the work will take - get something in writing. Ask them to provide a written estimate - detailing the work that is to be completed. Get copies of their insurance - there were many workers on the job and you really want to be sure that they are all insured. Finally you will save a few dollars if you use this company but there is a trade-off. We have used a number of tree companies over the years and it is finally sinking in - you get what you pay for.

They were excellent. They showed up when they said they were going to, they were very professional, they worked quick and worldly manner and their price quote was exactly what they charged. The owner even came out there and did a follow-up with us which I thought was great.

I already did, see above
I am hoping for "One Stop Shopping" with Forbearance Power Line Construction, LLC. I have had such bad luck trying to get local builders to call me back or show up for an estimate and the few that I did use were difficult to work with, cut corners using inferior materials which would cause safety issues down the road or charged me but did not perform the work when they walked off the job and left me hanging.

I contacted Forbearance after a large branch from a nearby tree fell and was covering 1/3 of my entire roof. The President, Ms. Denise Dudek promptly responded to my call and provided me with a very reasonable quotation for removal of the large branch on my roof, dropping the tree itself, cutting, spliting, chipping and stacking of the fire wood. I contracted with Forbearance and the total cost matched the estimate. I was impressed with the professionality, concern for safety, precision, overall execution of this job that was performed in a timely and prompt manner. This entire project was completed in full in and 2.5 day window. The team was professional and worked quickly without sacraficing quality. I highly recommend this outfit for tree service. This company is a member of the Better Business Bureau and comes with over 100 years of combined experience.
