I called and set up an appointment to get an estimate. He was very responsive and arrived on time for the estimate. He was very business-like. We discussed what I wanted for the room, he explained what would be necessary to do the work (remove the tile, and ideally remove the vanity if I wanted the tile behind the vanity done) and then he took measurements and gave me an estimate of 600. I had a coupon from their website which gave a discount of 50 dollars from tile reglazing jobs. I felt the price was quite reasonable (it's a fair amount of wall tile) and we set up a date to have it done one week later. He showed up on time, was very efficient about the work and kept everything very clean. The final job looks very good. Some of the upper wall paint came off when he removed his tape, however, he did use painters tape and this is because the original paint job was not very good.

It went very well. I had some fixtures that needed refinishing and some of them were older and I wanted to keep them as close as possible. They cleaned and re-glazed them and I was very satisfied.
