Very polite, always on time but it was a rip-off. The roof had a 10 years warranty. On the third year, there was a seepage in the living room. The company sent a roofer a week later when my ceiling collapsed; it was called '' an emergency crew ''! and I had to pay $3,800 because it was linked to bad weather ( the insurance expert disagreed, me too). One month later, my ceiling just repaired was stained again by water: they told me I had to redo the roof! after having put $40,000! I filed a complaint at the BBB. Mr.Gidley offered to reimburse the emergency crew fee! I refuse and asked him to disappear from my life. It was a nightmare.
