ERI has done many jobs for us in two houses over the past 10 years. They are professional, pleasant, and easy to work with on projects ranging from gut renovation to a broken picture window. The work is done on time and on budget, I will not use anyone else.

Undertaking what essentially amounted to a gut renovation of our house was daunting, but having the team at ERI on our side was an incredible comfort for us. Their thorough and steady approach gave us full confidence that our project would end up being the perfect home for our family, which it has indeed become. Kent, Mike, and Chris provided guidance and advice as we went through this process for the first time, while also listening closely to what we were hoping for to ensure that everything was completed in a timely and orderly fashion. They were committed to constant communication, providing updates of progress every step of the way, and met every targeted deadline over eight months. We could not have asked for a better group and company to entrust our project to and have continued to work with them on many other projects over the last six years.

ERI is the best and no job is too big/small/easy/hard. The team has done everything for us from a full design & build for a covered deck and outdoor living space, to exterior painting, to a new roof, and even rescued us on a broken fridge. Highly recommend - on time, on budget, exceptionally professional and a pleasure to work with.

I cannot give ERI enough stars! Kent and Mike are incredibly good at what they do and their customer service is second to none. We began a large renovation in January of 2020. We utilized their design services for the expansion of our kitchen and I found Mike's expertise in that area to be excellent and cost effective. They are the most organized team in town. Our project was led by Chris and I cannot tell you how amazing Chris is! Not only is he incredibly good at his craft but he is just the most wonderful guy. Our family had trouble saying goodbye to Chris when the job was done! ERI handled everything that was thrown at them with grace and skill--from change orders to a pandemic! It is always stressful to go through a home renovation while still living in your house but ERI left our home spotless every single night. And as Covid threw the ultimate curve ball at us right in the middle of our renovation, ERI always kept the safety of their employees--and us--first and foremost in their mind. We are incredibly grateful for Kent, Mike, Chris, Brendan, Ruslan and Oscar . They are not only the best in the business but they are caring, wonderful people and that matters more than anything. I look forward to future projects with the team at ERI!

My wife and I hired Kent and the rest of the ERI crew to do a complete remodel including an addition of a second story as well as an extension to the rear of the house. ERI was able to see our vision for the direction of the house and proceeded to make the drawings come to life. We were always kept abreast of progress and the speed at which they work is astounding for the quality of work. Every one of the different crews that worked on the house were courteous, consummate professionals and true craftsmen. The quality is second to none. We are extremely happy with the results and our new home. ERI was amazing to work with and kept on time and on budget throughout the project.
