"We are sorry you were not happy with our service we provided. However, installation of an alternative heating appliance is more than just labor, it is Liability to the company involved. We take pride in our work and work very hard to please all our customers, unfortunately that isn't always possible, especially when they don't tell you there was a problem. I would be very happy to address your conserns "if" and "when" you contact us direct. It seems that people posting on any website such as 'Angies List' should first allow the company an opportunity to address their complaint first hand. Customers give a company a great review when they are given a completion form and then complain on a website such as this after the fact, seems to me to be extremely "unfair". If anyone ever has a problem with our service and contacts me the owner: Jeffrey L. Decker, I try very hard to address the consern and make that customer happy. Afterall we are a service industry and want repeat business. Please shop around and you'll find that we are Extremely Fair in our pricing, no matter the cost of service. We have an extremely HIGH Liability level and have to charge accordingly. The permit for any stove is the responsibility of the home owner and we provide them with ALL the neccessary insurance and license info to obtain their permit from the issuing authority. We have over 2000+ satisfied customers and yes a hand full of those we were unable to satisfy. I have a large file of satisfied customer who would be happy to reccomend our services. Just call and ask for references. Please do price comparison shopping and then call us, we do offer price matching, again we are in this for the long haul and want to be your Hearth Professional for the Long Term. Please anyone reading this remember this is only one or possibly a couple reviews, before you decide on whom you use give the company a chance to offer you references of customers who trust our company with their lives and assets. Nothing against Armstrong Chimney, they are a good Hearth Company, all I can say is price compare and see whom you decide on. Please have a great day"
