My complaint with Wells Fargo is that if I want to pay down on my principle and I go on-line to pay my bill, I get charged ten additional dollars. That makes me feel so disappointed and upset. The thought of them charging more money for those who want to pay on-line just seems ridiculous. I am hoping they will change that soon and become more customer service oriented in that respect. Otherwise, they have been great. The guy who I worked with was really good to me. My escrow is always right on, but I wish they would remove that ten dollar fee for on-line payments. I do not like that.

I WAS SATISFIED WITH USING WELLS FARGO MORTGAGE. PURCHASING A HOME IS VERY STRESSFUL AND THEY DID HELP MAKE IT A LITTLE LESS STRESSFUL. THE AGENTS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.
