Do not do business with this company. I got four quotes to replace my kitchen countertops, including one from them. I gave each company my measurements which included a 4-inch backsplash. U.S. Granite was the least expensive. I asked Marie, my salesperson, at least three times in emails and text messages to please give me the most accurate estimate possible so I wouldn't be surprised when the final bill was due. My estimate was $3500, the final cost was $4500. My measurements were accurate. And here's the thing, you pay half the amount of the estimate before they come to measure, then you pay the full cost once they do the templating and BEFORE they install (which they also don't tell you). The person who comes out to do the template asks for the money in full before he leaves. So you're stuck -- you can't change your mind or you lose your hefty deposit. Other companies come and do the measurement for a nominal fee so you are dealing with an accurate price. This at its worst is bait and switch and at its best, incompetence. I would have preferred an accurate estimate rather than lowballing me to get a sale. They also are terrible communicators and border on being rude. There are so many choices with regard to countertops, so if the quote is too good to be true, be wary. Joanne Faryon, Wilton CT

The counters looked terrible after the first attempt they came out to make better but looked worse the second time. They are not friendly or worried about quality of work rather all about the money

The guys came in to trim about 1/2 inch from each side of the existing granite counter top needed to fit a new slide-in range. They both were professional and did the job perfectly! They worked hard to keep the dust to a minimum and finished the edges to look like it came straight from the shop. Very happy with the results!

We could not be more pleased with the quality of the product and services provided by U.S. Granite. Everyone in the showroom was informative and helpful with no pressure to buy; the old counter removal and new counter installation crews were professional, on time, courteous and knew their business; and the the template creator was a real craftsman who created a template for the granite the way I wanted it to be down to the smallest details. We were quoted a fair price and the resulting new kitchen is stunning. U.S. Granite is our first and only stop for kitchen and bath upgrade needs.

Great experience, great price and great people to work with. From the beginning of the job to the end, everything went smooth and as promised. We are so pleased with our new countertops and would recommend anyone to them.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME AND ACCURATE. THERE WERE ONLY 3 SEAMS IN THE JOB AND IT CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL. THEY DID NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH SO IT WAS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND THEM AT TIMES.
