The service technician was superb. I have two Marvel Refrigerators. Ben repaired my Marvel Refrigerator by replacing the thermostat for a very reasonable fee equal to a small percent of the replacement cost. In comparison, another service company who had originally installed both refrigerators looked at the exact same problem several years ago and insisted that it was not repairable and that I needed to replace the refrigerator at a cost of several thousand dollars. So, I ask you who would you rather hire to repair your appliances.? If you want knowledgeable, experienced and honest service, go with Scalzo.

He has worked on many of the appliances in my home, he has come after hours. Very kind and courteous. He checks back to make the appliances are still working. I have recommended him to others and they all say he does excellent work as well.
