After dealing with multiple contractors over the years who either cut corners or left jobs half-finished, I was hesitant to trust anyone with my boiler installation. But from the first phone call with Russell Services, I knew this experience would be different. Their team showed up on time, walked me through the entire process, and handled the job with care and precision. Not only was the installation flawless, but they also took extra time to make sure everything was running efficiently before they left. It’s rare these days to find a company that takes such pride in their work. Russell Services exceeded my expectations and earned my trust, I won’t be calling anyone else from now on.

I would like the owner (Alex Russell) to return to repair the pocket door which has never closed properly. The owner'a helper did much of the finish work, including the pocket door. He had trouble installing the door lock, which the owner had to come to finish. Secondly, when I explained to the helper that the door itself was not aligned properly (I have four other pocket doors in my home, all of which close properly), he disagreed and ignored the problem. Two weeks after installation, we began to have problems closing the door. We have to shove it to close it and then pry it open once it is closed! This is a BATHROOM door -- it has become a problem when guests arrive. I have emailed Mr. Russell four times, asking him to fix the door, but have received no response. During previous jobs he has done for my home and for my business residences, he has always responded to emails within a day . I feel I have given him ample time to respond, as the work was performed over two months ago.. Alex Russell has done other jobs for me which were performed professionally and competently and we have left on good terms. Apparently, he does not want to honor his contract in this instance. If I do not get a response after this review, I will take further action with the many agencies that protect consumers from contractors who refuse to honor their contracts.
