REI Property and Asset Management Company is a real estate management company that provides management services for residential and commercial properties throughout Connecticut and New York. We have been in business for nearly 25 years, and have built a reputation for providing honest, high-quality and cost-effective management services that focus on protecting the investment of the property owners we represent. We provide all the standard expectations within our field, including but not limited to — accounting, financial reporting, collection enforcement, site inspections, services specification writing/bidding & contracting, owner and board meetings, minute taking, property status packages, rules enforcement, pool management, repair services, and off-hour emergency service. At REI, client satisfaction is a priority, and we work closely with our owners to ensure that our services meet their needs and expectations. Our team of experienced professionals manages properties with integrity and always strives to ensure that our clients’ properties are well-maintained and fiscally sound. We are headquartered in Danbury and have eight satellite offices around the state to better serve our clients. REI is licensed as both an Association Manager and a General Contractor, and we are fully insured. We are a member of the Danbury Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau and the Connecticut Chapter of the Community Association Institute.
