Description of Work: we awoke to find that we had no water .. called Redding Ridgefield Water Pump and they arrived very quickly and corrected the problem - our tank had toppled after the well was flooded by torrential storm water. they replaced some electrical components and balanced the tank - all the work was performed in good time, with great communication and at a very fair cost. We could not have asked for more friendly and professional service from father and son. Would give them our highest recommendation.

the tank preforms well. The company grossly overcharged and lied about actual price of parts
Description of Work: 4 HOUR JOB WITH 300.00 IN PARTS. CHARGED WIFE 1550.00. TOLD ME (EXPANSION TANK) WAS 900.00 & CHARGED HOURLY RATE TO GO BUY THE PART!. EXACT SAME EXPANSION TANK RETAILS FOR 300.00. A PLUMBER THAT BILLS OUT AT OVER 300.00 AN HOUR???? NO A CROOK

We called this company and they came right out to help us. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and they took care of the situation very fast. We were particularly satisfied with the price and the fact that they followed-up well to assure all went smoothly.
Description of Work: We had a problem with the bladder in our well and they came out and inflated it again for us. This took less than an hour and there was no service contract.
