Went well. Few bumps along the way but it all worked out.

The previous home owners completely let the pool go. It became a classic money pit. We were told that all it needed was a new liner so we decided to fix the pool. Well, they couldn't fix the liner because the bottom was so far gone, so it became a bottom and a liner. Then they discovered that the drain line had corroded. So they dug a trench and laid a new line. Oh, and the pump is shot. When we turned on the heater, it didn't work and we needed a new heat pump. In for a penny, right? Nejame did all of the work over the course of three months. There were delays as we waited for materials to be shipped. With all the orders and bills springing up, they made an error crediting one of our payments. They corrected it when I pointed it out. We have a lovely and functioning pool thanks to Nejame.

Installation was scheduled but many excuses before they showed. Wanted their money before the job was finished. Calls were not returned and James said we had to deal directly with this installer that they provided.

They had been fabulous. They come out. They help you design and find a better location in your yard. They do not pressure you.

I think they're a great company. They're very reliable. They call every spring to talk about cleaning the pool. They're willing to have discussions about things. They're very available.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT. THEY CAME WHEN WERE SUPPOSED TO, AND THEY ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE POOL FOR THEM. IT'S REALLY GREAT SERVICE. THE INDIVIDUALS ARE VERY PERSONABLE AND NICE.

THEY GET THE JOB DONE, AND THAT'S ALL I WANT. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ONE YEAR AND PLAN ON KEEPING THEM FOR THE WORK. A COUPLE OF GUYS COME AND DO THIS WORK, AND THEY TELL ME HOW I CAN DO IT MYSELF. THEY ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS.

THE SALESMAN WAS FINE BUT THE INSTALLER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE COMPANY WASN'T BAD TO DEAL WITH, BUT THE PERSON THEY SUBCONTRACTED THE WORK TO WAS A LITTLE ODD. I DON T THINK HE WAS COMPLETELY SANE, BUT THE JOB DID GET DONE AND WE HAVE A FUNCTIONAL POOL.

I REALLY ENJOYED WORKING WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY ALWAYS CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND I LIKE THE JOB THEY DID. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

I AM HAPPY WITH THEM. I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR FIVE YEARS, AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE. THEY COME AND DO THEIR THING, AND NOBODY HAS TO BE HOME FOR THEM TO COME.
