Services can range from basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, doors, windows, decks, floor/tiles, locks,all small home improvement project. etc. **Basic plumbing and electrical is defined as basic work which does not require a license; these services is for work completed by a handyman. **Having a priority list at the time of scheduling will be most helpful to ensure you get the most out of your time. **Labor only: If materials must be acquired, the time spent in material acquisition will be deducted from the total labor hours. **HOURLY CHARGE- $140 FOR 2 HOURS** ADDITIONAL HOURS CAN BE EXTENDED
