For all of their great pricing, I wouldn't use them ever again.  We visited their Danbury location to pick out the stone we wanted.  We scheduled a template and someone came out to take measurements.  That's when the problems began.  First, they needed to send someone back because the measurements "seemed off".  Then, when they provided me with an estimate they couldn't explain why the quote was so different from the original estimate.  We finally worked that out.  The next day my wife picked out the stone at their site.  Installation was scheduled for two days later -- which is an extremely fast fabrication time.  The crew showed up and started moaning about the extent of the job.  They didn't cover my carpets at all.  They put pieces and tools down on the carpets and left stains.  Installation was a disaster.  They pulled out my vanity without asking my contractor who was onsite.  They pushed it back but not all the way -- and then installed the top.  Their caulking job was a mess and peeled within 12 hours.  And one of the guys wiped residual caulk from his caulk gun on my staircase banister -- yes, I took photos.  They had to come out the next day to fix the problems.  All the while Paul, the site General Manager, was extraordinarily condescending to me, my wife and my contractor.  And, the icing on the cake:  we discovered after a week that the crew never sealed the marble.  So everything was soaking into the marble.  I ended up applying several poultices to the marble and cleaning it.  Then sealing it myself.  We asked for a service call to seal the marble and the GM -- we asked for a 15 minute variant to the time slot provided and I was told, "If you're not there when we arrive, we leave."  All-in-all I'd never ever work with them again.  It simply isn't worth the cost savings.  The entire operation is unprofessional.

I chose this company after shopping around and chose them because the price was very attractive for the kinf of granite I had chosen. But then the installation went really bad. They gave me a 3-6pm time window on a friday, showed up at 6:30pm and left at 9pm ! As i was trying to have a family dinner at the same time i did not notice that they did not intall the granite correctly. the stove on the island sticks out because the granite was not pushed backward enough, the 2 pieces of the backspah are not aligned and not straight. I called to complain and had to to call twice to have them come back to my house. No customer service, their objective is to convince you that everyhting is your fault...
The stove has an issue , the walls are not straight.. except that I had countertops before and it looked ok...
Given the lack of respect and responsivenss, I had my contractor when they came to my house to inspect the work. He is very experienced and confirmed it was a lousy job. They were very reluctant, first to come back and then to redo the installation. Eventually they said they would redo the install.. Now I am chasing them, no call back. Still the same,
oh and I should say they want a certified check for the full amount before they start the installation so that if you do not like it, they are paid anyway. The rebate on the granite is not worth the headache, use somebody else !

Not as many slabs to choose from as other vendors I've been to. However the process from start to finish was streamlined and efficient. Did not have to wait to find out pricing as it was marked on every slab. Took ten days from viewing, purchase to installation. Very happy with the finished product. I regret not spending the extra money to purchase an alternate sink as opposed to the free one offered.

Their prices are great and they have an excellent selection (their NJ location is a little larger but we visited both and to be honest, the selection in Danbury was more than enough). Most of the employees are extremely nice.
From a service perspective, sometimes it took several tries to get them to return my phone call. The install itself was ok - there were some small dings/cracks and they didn't follow my instructions when drilling the sink holes. Nothing major though, and they went the extra mile to try to resolve my issues - given the price, I would use them again (but next time I would watch them more closely during the install).

I thought that they were professional. They had an excellent selection. The turnaround time was great. The pricing was good. I would recommend them all around.
