I chose this company after shopping around and chose them because the price was very attractive for the kinf of granite I had chosen. But then the installation went really bad. They gave me a 3-6pm time window on a friday, showed up at 6:30pm and left at 9pm ! As i was trying to have a family dinner at the same time i did not notice that they did not intall the granite correctly. the stove on the island sticks out because the granite was not pushed backward enough, the 2 pieces of the backspah are not aligned and not straight. I called to complain and had to to call twice to have them come back to my house. No customer service, their objective is to convince you that everyhting is your fault...
The stove has an issue , the walls are not straight.. except that I had countertops before and it looked ok...
Given the lack of respect and responsivenss, I had my contractor when they came to my house to inspect the work. He is very experienced and confirmed it was a lousy job. They were very reluctant, first to come back and then to redo the installation. Eventually they said they would redo the install.. Now I am chasing them, no call back. Still the same,
oh and I should say they want a certified check for the full amount before they start the installation so that if you do not like it, they are paid anyway. The rebate on the granite is not worth the headache, use somebody else !
From a service perspective, sometimes it took several tries to get them to return my phone call. The install itself was ok - there were some small dings/cracks and they didn't follow my instructions when drilling the sink holes. Nothing major though, and they went the extra mile to try to resolve my issues - given the price, I would use them again (but next time I would watch them more closely during the install).
