Amazing. Iago and his crew did an outstanding job on my bathroom remodel. We were extremely constrained with time because we have a 1bd/1ba apartment and Iago exceeded expectations without sacrificing any quality. I will definitely use Iago and Macchi in the future.

Working with Iago and Macchi Renovations was a smooth process. Iago is attentive to detail in his work and was always sure to address any of our needs or concerns throughout the project. Before selecting our flooring for our second floor, Iago offered to visit a flooring warehouse with us to review the pros and cons of various options. He never pressured us to make decisions and was patient with us as we had many questions throughout the project. His team was friendly, and they were also willing to accommodate our scheduling needs. I would definitely recommend him for your next home project!

We had a great experience working with Iago. He is communicative and clearly wants to make sure the project meets your every expectation. He reviewed project drawings and plans in detail, worked directly with the city to navigate permitting concerns, and sent pictures during materials selection to make sure he understood our preferences. He made thoughtful recommendations to adjust the design to meet our needs on site, and worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy with our decisions on the project. When he is on site, the work is top-notch, and his excavation, groundwork, and framing subs were personable, professional, and joy to have on site as well. We LOVE our expansive covered deck addition and renovated sunroom, and appreciate Iago's partnership in making it a reality.

Iago did an Amazing job putting a new tile floor in my sunroom. His work was incredibly neat and he communicated every day on what to expect next. The person working with him was extremely respectful and made it a point to thoroughly clean up each day before leaving . Highly Recommend!!
